Ice damage at Peterborough
I went down to visit the Frantzs in Peterborough on Boxing Day. The ice storm on the 13th wreaked havoc. The power finally came back on Fri, the 26th. They made do with wood stoves and oil lamps and water from the creek for the first couple of days, then bought a generator to run the furnace and water pump.
One of the casualties was the swing tree.
